About Us

ICF «Support Service» is a charity fund established to provide systematic material support to the Defense Forces of Ukraine.

We support military units carrying out combat and service missions by providing them with necessary equipment based on official requests from commanders and unit representatives.

We believe that timely aid to the military strengthens their capability, saves lives, and brings Ukraine's victory closer.

The fund's story began in 2023, initiated by two volunteer friends. One — a former serviceman who stayed connected with his brothers-in-arms and understood the needs of military units. The other helped financially to close fundraisers faster. At first, it was personal, unsystematic aid for soldiers among whom were former comrades, relatives, friends, neighbors, and acquaintances.

Over time, it became clear that this support needed to be more organized, open, and scalable. That's how the idea to create a fund was born — to act transparently, in accordance with the law, and to help soldiers faster and more effectively.

Since then, the fund has completed dozens of projects: supplying drones, drone equipment, optics, EW and SIGINT systems, medical supplies, communications, charging stations, generators, clothing, gear, tools, office equipment, auto parts, and other essential items. But this story doesn't end here — the fund continues its work, supporting those who defend Ukraine.

Our team is made up of volunteers and professionals with diverse backgrounds, united by a common goal — helping those who defend Ukraine.

Each of us has a main job, but dedicates time, knowledge, and effort to the fund on a volunteer basis.

For the team, the fund has become not just a civic initiative, but an important mission to which we devote significant energy and responsibility.
