Privacy Policy

1. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the Policy) defines the procedure for collecting, processing, storing, and protecting personal data of visitors to the website of the Charitable Organization "Charity Fund" (hereinafter — the Fund). By using the Fund's website, you agree to the terms of this Policy. The Fund processes personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as it applies to the processing of EU citizens' data.

2. Collection of Personal Data

The Fund collects personal data that you voluntarily provide when: filling out the aid request form (last name, first name, patronymic, phone number, email, passport data, tax identification number, registration address, unit name); uploading document copies (passport, TIN, residence registration, military document); filling out the feedback form (name, organization, feedback text). The Fund does not collect data automatically through cookies or other tracking means.

3. Use of Personal Data

Collected personal data is used exclusively for: processing requests for material aid; contacting applicants regarding the status of their requests; maintaining internal records of provided aid; fulfilling requirements of current Ukrainian legislation. The Fund does not use personal data for marketing purposes and does not transfer it to third parties without the data subject's consent, except in cases provided by law.

4. Data Storage and Protection

Personal data is stored on protected Google servers (Google Workspace) with restricted access. Only authorized members of the Fund's team have access to personal data. The Fund takes organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction. The retention period for personal data is the period necessary to achieve the processing purpose, but not less than the periods established by law.

5. Rights of Data Subjects

In accordance with current legislation, you have the right to: know about the sources of collection and location of your personal data; receive information about the conditions of access to personal data; access your personal data; request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data; request deletion of personal data if the grounds for processing have ceased; withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.

6. Transfer of Data to Third Parties

The Fund may transfer personal data to third parties only in cases: with the consent of the data subject; at the request of competent state authorities in accordance with current legislation; to fulfill the Fund's statutory goals (for example, transferring information about unit needs to suppliers for procurement). When transferring data, the Fund ensures an appropriate level of protection.

7. Changes to the Policy

The Fund reserves the right to make changes to this Policy. The updated version of the Policy is published on the Fund's website with the date of the last update. Continued use of the website after changes are made means your agreement with the updated Policy.
